Chicken curry

Ingredients
  • 250 g. chicken
  • 250 ml. coconut milk
  • 250 ml. water
  • 2 medium sized potato
  • 1 piece medium sized onion
  • 1 cube of knorr chicken
  • 1 teaspoon of maggi soy sauce
  • 50 g. yellow curry paste
  • a pinch of turmeric powder
Preparation Time - 20 to 25 minutes

Serves - 2 to 3 people

Utensils Required
  • Cooking pan
  • Ladle
  • Chopping board
  • Kitchen knife
  • Serving ware
Preparation
  • Heat a cooking pan and add 250 ml coconut milk together with 50 g. yellow curry paste
  • Add slice of 250 g of chicken and stir-fry until done.
  • Add 1 cup of water then boil.
  • Add potato, onion,a cube of knorr chicken and a pinch of turmeric powder. Bring to a boil.
  • Add 1 teaspoon of maggi soy sauce to taste.
  • Serve with cooked rice.
